The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and partnering with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support IT solutions that drive business value and efficiency in our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the IT Manufacturing Capabilities Service Delivery team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing requirements and develop IT solutions that meet business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Develop and manage the IT roadmap for manufacturing capabilities, aligning with business strategy and priorities. Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions, including manufacturing execution systems, quality management systems, and other manufacturing-related applications. Ensure IT solutions are integrated with other business systems, such as ERP, supply chain, and logistics. Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure effective delivery of IT services and solutions. Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure effective use of investments and alignment with business priorities. Develop and maintain IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT service delivery and performance. Collaborate with other IT teams, such as infrastructure, security, and data analytics, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of IT services. Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in delivering IT solutions in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, including manufacturing execution systems, quality management systems, and ERP systems. Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams. Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. Nice to Have Experience with cloud‑based technologies, such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, and machine learning.
