Descripción Importante empresa lider en su rubro, requiere un IT Manager Senior, el cual debe liderar y gestionar todas las operaciones de tecnología de la información de la plataforma México, asegurando que las soluciones tecnológicas estén alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio. El rol será clave en supervisar el desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento de sistemas y aplicaciones, garantizar la seguridad y calidad de los datos, y optimizar procesos para impulsar la eficiencia y el crecimiento sostenible de la organización.Principales ResponsabilidadesDiseñar y ejecutar estrategias de automatización y optimización de procesos.Gestionar infraestructura tecnológica (redes, servidores, bases de datos, storage).Liderar equipos multidisciplinariosAdministrar planes de contingencia, continuidad y ciberseguridad (internos o tercerizados).Asegurar cumplimiento de políticas, normas locales/regionales y estándares internacionales.Definir y gestionar presupuestos Capex y Opex.Liderar proyectos estratégicos a nivel local y regional (LatAm).Mejorar la satisfacción del usuario interno mediante innovación tecnológica. Requisitos Formación: Ingeniería en Computación, Sistemas, TI, Electrónica o afín.Deseable: MBA o Magíster en TI/Administración.Experiencia: +5 años en posiciones de liderazgo IT similares.Conocimientos técnicos:Gestión de proyectos y operaciones IT.Experiencia liderando equipos en entornos multinacionales.Experiencia en logística y gestión de almacenes.Redes, servidores, bases de datos y SAP HANA.Experiencia en módulos WMS Ciberseguridad, protección de datos y cumplimiento regulatorio.Gestión de proveedores y negociación.Deseable conocimiento de Supply ChainIdiomas: Inglés intermedio.
