Duration: Fixed TermExperience Level: 3–5 yearsLocation: Onsite – MonterreyOverview:We are seeking an MES Support Engineer with strong expertise in Ignition and Microsoft SQL to provide onsite support for MES applications.This role is ideal for professionals who excel in troubleshooting, proactive issue resolution, and ensuring smooth operations in manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day onsite support for MES applications at the customer's location (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.Utilize Ignition and Microsoft SQL skills to maintain and improve application performance.Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address support requirements.Use ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Jira to track and manage support tickets.Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolutions.Continuously monitor MES application health and suggest improvements.Maintain documentation related to support activities and issue resolutions.Role Expectations:Proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and ensure minimal downtime for MES applications.Qualifications:3–5 years of hands-on experience or strong knowledge in Ignition and Microsoft SQL.Familiarity with Perspective/Vision modules in Ignition.Prior experience in support projects is mandatory.Knowledge of MES and manufacturing processes is a plus.Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira is desirable.Our Benefits:100% payrollMajor Medical InsuranceVisual and Dental InsuranceLife Insurance3% Food Coupons12 vacation days15 days Christmas Bonus (aguinaldo)25% Vacation Bonus (prima vacacional)IMSS/ AFORE/INFONAVITHome Office BonusLTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex (including pregnancy), gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, family-care status, veteran status, marital status, civil union status, domestic partnership status, military service, handicap or disability, genetic information, union affiliation, affectional or sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
