Join our Team Partner with the best Responsibilities Being responsible for all contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site. Performing in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests. Assuring timely resolution of issues and keeping the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiating changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising. Being responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract. Performing proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals/contracts with minimal supervision. Providing support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts; functioning as the liaison for the customer on contract matters. Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams. Handling complex medium-term project processes; department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs. Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side. Qualifications Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in turbomachinery. Have experience in maintenance planning for gas and steam turbines and centrifugal compressors. Have worked as a project manager with big teams. Have demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Have worked with government clients for at least 5 years. Have oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Be able to travel 20% of the time. Is preferred to have valid passport and USA Visa. Location Ensenada, Baja California Norte.
