**Trade Compliance Specialist**Multinational manufacturing company with presence in 90 countries, leader in the production of solutions for electrical installations and information networks, both residential and industrial.It is currently looking for a strategic **Foreign Trade Specialist** to join its team.This position will supervise and coordinate customs activities in order to comply in a timely manner with the entry/exit of goods to the plant, the correct administration of foreign trade promotion programs, maintain control of KPIs and other activities related to the position.**SCOPE**- Develop work instructions and improvements to carry out efficient and effective work.- Implementation and coordination of the OEA/CTPAT Certification.- Supervise and ensure the compliance of the foreign trade promotion programs in México such as IMMEX, PROSEC, CIVA, R8, etc.- Supervise the company's Annex 24 & 30.- Develop correct communication between the areas involved and related to shipping processes, logistics and customs.**Responsibilities**- Coordinate and supervise with foreign trade partners the daily operation of foreign trade and special operations (virtual, regime changes, etc.)- Confirm with the foreign trade partner the safeguarding and preparation of electronic files (record keeping), as well as extensions and other formalities done in government independences.- Coordinate and supervise the presentation of 8th rules, extensions, etc.- Coordinate and audit the compliance of foreign trade promotion programs (IMMEX, CIVA, PROSEC - Compliance Matrix).- Supervision of the control inventory system (Annex 24) and VAT Certification (Annex 30).- Coordinate with the foreign trade partner the presentation of the annual foreign trade report.- Carrying out internal audits linked to customs compliance (Fixed Assets, RRNA, COO, INCOTERMS, pedimentos, etc.).- Coordinate issues related to obtaining Free Tread Agreements and origin rules analysis for finish goods.- Standardization of processes (training, documentation of procedures and policies) to ensure efficiency and productivity in coordination with LNCA Team.- Implement weekly, monthly, and annual compliance indicators (KPI ´s).**Qualifications**- Education: International Relations, International Business, Logistics or similar.- 3-5 years of experience in the position and/or area.- Must have advanced English communication skills.- Operational knowledge of imports and exports.- Knowledge of General Rules of Foreign Trade, Customs Law and Rules of the Ministry of Economy in México.- Expertise and analysis for productivity reporting and Monitoring KPI indicators.- Knowledge of OEA/CTPAT certifications.(Desirable)- Administration of Annex24 and Annex30 (Desirable)- Visa- Availability to TravelTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
