HR Manager - Maternity Leave Coverage (4 months) | Hyatt Inclusive CollectionAt Hyatt Inclusive Collection, we are looking for your talent for a temporary position as HR Manager for maternity leave coverage.What are we looking for? A professional passionate about working with and for people, with a strategic and operational focus. Your goal will be to ensure comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle, guaranteeing compliance with personnel administration processes and providing exceptional service to our teams.Main responsibilities:Manage the onboarding process for new employees by drafting, reviewing, and signing contracts, ensuring legal compliance and proper integration of talent into the organizationMaintain updated and organized employee files through systematic document management, guaranteeing traceability and integrity of personnel informationCoordinate payroll processing by validating pre-payroll, personnel movements, and terminations, to ensure timely and accurate paymentsAdminister insurance policies for executives through continuous follow-up with providers, guaranteeing adequate coverage and attention to specific needsSupervise administrative flow by controlling invoice tracking and area payments, to maintain the department's financial operation without setbacksExecute personnel administration processes applying current labor regulations, ensuring regulatory compliance and employee satisfactionCollaborate with corporate teams in Mexico and the United States by facilitating effective communication, to align human resources strategies and best practicesYour profile:Minimum 4 years of experience as HR Manager with generalist focus or Personnel ManagerConversational English required (constant collaboration with offices and teams in the USA)Solid knowledge of personnel administration and Mexican labor lawResults-oriented with excellent organizational skillsWe offer:Competitive salaryBenefits above legal requirementsPrime location in downtown Cancún, in one of the city's best corporate buildingsExcellent work environment and organizational cultureOpportunity to be part of Cancún's most professional Human Resources teamAre you ready for the next step in your career?Apply now and join Hyatt Inclusive Collection.
