**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to join our team in Cancun and support our growing contact center. This role is responsible for leading HR functions, including **recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement**, to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- ** Onboarding**: Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding programs to enhance employee experience and retention.
- ** Employee Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- ** Employee Engagement**: Implement initiatives to boost morale, improve retention, and maintain a strong company culture.
- ** HR Compliance & Policies**: Ensure HR policies align with local labor regulations and company standards.
- ** Performance Management**: Support managers in employee development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- ** HR Reporting & Metrics**: Track key HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- ** Additional HR Projects**: Support and lead other HR initiatives as needed to enhance processes and operations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field of study.
- ** Minimum 5 years** of HR experience, preferably in a contact center or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of **Mexican labor laws and HR best practices**.
- Proven experience in **recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement**.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- ** Fluent in Spanish and English.**
