¿Qué estamos buscando?La Dirección General de Riesgos es una pieza clave dentro de la organización del Grupo BBVA México, en donde participamos como un solo equipo, junto con las demás Direcciones Generales, aportando valor en cuanto a la identificación, medición y gestión de todos los tipos de riesgos que enfrentamos, nuestra principal responsabilidad reside en ofrecer las necesidades de financiamiento de personas y empresas para el desarrollo de su patrimonio o negocio.¿Qué estamos buscando?En BBVA estamos en búsqueda de un perfil mixto que combine una sólida base técnica con habilidades de gestión para liderar la implementación y evolución de nuestra plataforma global de exposición bancaria (basada en Salesforce). Buscamos a un profesional que actúe como "traductor" entre el equipo técnico y los usuarios de negocio, capaz de entender a profundidad componentes técnicos (bases de datos, servicios) y gestionar despliegues en múltiples geografías (México, Colombia, Argentina, Perú y Nueva York). Si tienes un background en desarrollo o sistemas y has evolucionado hacia la gestión de proyectos, esta es tu oportunidad para impactar en una iniciativa crítica para el grupo.Principales ResponsabilidadesLiderar la implementación y adaptación del producto (ya desarrollado) en las geografías de México, Colombia, Argentina, Perú y Nueva York, gestionando las necesidades específicas de cada usuario local.Actuar como punto de enlace central y "traductor" entre las necesidades de negocio y el equipo técnico, asegurando que los requerimientos sean viables y claros.Identificar mejoras, fallos o riesgos en el sistema gracias a un entendimiento profundo de la base técnica, aunque no se requiere programar directamente.Asegurar la participación adecuada de las iniciativas de Riesgos y la ejecución fluida dentro de los negocios de CIB.Monitorizar el avance de los proyectos y centralizar la actividad de la plataforma, la cual gestiona la exposición del banco con clientes globales.Retos del PuestoEquilibrio Técnico-Gestión: El principal reto es mantener un balance entre la comprensión profunda de la parte técnica (para validar soluciones y tiempos) y la gestión eficiente de usuarios y expectativas en cinco países distintos.Centralización: Lograr una coordinación efectiva y estandarizada en geografías con culturas y necesidades diversas, asegurando que la plataforma global funcione localmente.RequisitosConocimientos y ExperienciaBackground Técnico: Experiencia previa en programación o gestión técnica profunda (entender lógica de desarrollo, bases de datos y servicios).Inglés: Nivel Avanzado (C1) indispensable para la gestión con NY y equipos globales.Experiencia en gestión de proyectos o usuarios finales.Conocimientos Deseables:Familiaridad con el ecosistema Salesforce y bases de datos (Oracle, ADA).Experiencia previa como desarrollador que ha transicionado a roles de gestión (Project Manager, Product Owner Técnico).Conocimiento en Riesgos Mayoristas.Escolaridad:Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación, Matemáticas, o carreras afines con fuerte componente tecnológico.Experiencia:De 5 años de experiencia en proyectos del sector bancario o tecnológico.Experiencia comprobable gestionando despliegues o proyectos con componentes técnicos complejos.Competencias ClaveComunicación efectiva (Capacidad de traducción Técnico-Negocio)Foco en la ejecuciónSomos un solo equipo¿Cómo postularte?Si te encuentras interesado/a, postúlate dando clic en “Solicitar”.
