Mexico Compliance Policy And Framework

The In-business Risk Oversight (IBRO) function within the Chief Administrative Office within Legacy Franchises and leads the oversight of Risk's Controls and In Business Risk Management Framework to ensure that best practices are employed across the segment.The IBRO group is a centralized team specializing in the implementation of Cohesive Risk and Control Framework, a robust Risk- Identification and Management Model and strong and timely reporting and analysis to ensure execution of a consistent and robust control environment within the business._- The Mexico Compliance Policy & Framework Transformation lead will work closely with the Citibanamex and Legacy Franchises leadership teams, and Senior Global partners to implement local Compliance risk policies, strategies and technologies within the Legacy Franchises Mexico business to transform the Legacy Franchise Mexico Compliance Risk Framework, Strategies and tools to support both the formation of a stand-alone banking entity and compliance with Citi's regulatory commitments and obligations related to Compliance Risk & Controls._**_ Key Responsibilities:_**- _ Establish Local Compliance Risk Framework working with local and global stakeholders to enable a standalone bank in Mexico._- _ Define tailored consent order plans considering Citi commitments and requirements of a standalone bank to enable both consent order and IPO Enablement._- _ Drive execution of Citi Aligned compliance milestones to support consent order closure._- _ Plan longer term entanglements with Citi from a compliance perspective and propose solutions to accelerate resolution of dependencies._- _ Define Business Requirements for IBM OpenPages compliance Module and drive implementation to support a standalone bank._- _ Define local supporting team requirements to ensure that the business is fully equipped to operate in the new environment._- _ Establish training curricula to ensure that the users and management are properly trained in new methodologies and systems._**_ Knowledge/Experience:_**- _ Bachelor's degree, master's Optional._- _ 15+ years or relevant experience in financial services industry._- _ Proven track record project managing risk framework deployments._- _ Experience working closely with or within regulatory agencies._- _ Familiarity with internal audit and regulatory exam management.._- _ Deep knowledge with Citi's Control systems in particular, MCA, iCAPS and Loss Capture._- _ Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills._**_ Skills:_**- _ Methodical and proactive thinker with strong organizational and follow-up skills._- _ Proven risk management skills across multiple risk stripes._- _ Proven time and task management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and promptly._- _ Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and data management/ mining._- _ Strong analytical ability._**_ Competencies:_**- _ Ability to manage projects with mínimal guidance._- _ Analytical and problem-solving skills._- _ Builds and maintains relationships._- _ Influential & persuasive._- _ Effective communication with Risk Senior Management and all seniors across Citi._- _ Professionalism & integrity._- _ Resilience._- **Job Family Group**:Compliance and Control- **Job Family**:Business Control- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.View the **EEO is the Law Supplement**.View the **EEO Policy Statement**.View the **Pay Transparency Posting
