Client Solutions Lead (Mexico) – Global Business Solutions TikTok’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) team drives revenue by promoting advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, and executing campaigns. The GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that reshape the advertising landscape in real‑time. About the Role The Client Solutions team establishes scalable, long‑term relationships by solving clients’ and agencies’ challenges through best‑in‑class campaign services. Client Solution Managers possess deep knowledge of TikTok’s ad products, a holistic client‑service mindset, and a blend of technical and commercial expertise. The role collaborates with consultants, marketing experts, and self‑service platform specialists to drive growth strategy, upsells, renewals, and campaign reactivations. Responsibilities Build, define, and enhance performance‑activation frameworks with direct reports. Manage and grow post‑sale client relationships through a consultative approach. Coordinate with ad ops, product, and R&D teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Guide advanced performance solutions with internal teams. Improve team capabilities to monitor and analyze campaigns, proactively improving results. Troubleshoot client issues by working directly with product & engineering teams. Proficiently manage campaigns, setting up and optimizing; analyze performance data to offer data‑driven insights and improve TikTok’s advertising offerings. Support sales on upsells, research, and pitch. Conduct regular business reviews and build productive, long‑term relationships with clients, collaborating with sales. Qualifications Years of experience in account management or client‑services roles in digital marketing (agency experience is a big plus). Years of experience as a people manager. Experience managing performance advertisers with deep understanding of their challenges. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify insights. Excellent communication skills to simplify complex ideas for clients and direct reports. Proactive attitude with project management, organizational, and analytical skills. High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with social commerce campaigns. Strong experience in eCommerce & D2C ecosystem.
