Job Title : Senior Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee the entire accounts receivable cycle.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts receivable, with the ability to lead processes and maintain effective customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesOversight of accounts receivable functions including accurate billing and collection of accounts.Leadership of a team of accounts receivable professionals providing training and support in problem resolution.Development and implementation of collection strategies to improve liquidity and reduce bad debt risk.Analysis and reporting of key performance indicators related to the accounts receivable function.Preparation and presentation of financial reports on the status of accounts receivable.Establishment and maintenance of effective client relationships negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes effectively.Implementation of collection policies and procedures aligning with legal and regulatory requirements.Ensuring that collection targets are met and payments and credits are allocated correctly.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with at least 2 years in a leadership position.Advanced knowledge of accounting processes and tools for managing accounts receivable.Ability to manage large volumes of information and resolve complex issues.Strong analytical skills decision-making ability and teamwork capabilities.Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP Oracle etc.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Knowledge of tax and legal regulations related to collections.Key CompetenciesLeadership and team management.Negotiation skills and conflict resolution.Results-oriented focus on operational efficiency.Effective communication with clients and internal teams.Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
