Charger Logistics is a world class asset-based carrier.We specialize in delivering your assets, on time and on budget.With the diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo.Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up.We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual ideas and strategies.We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Monterrey, office.**Key Responsibilities**- 5+ Years of hands on experience in managing distributed LAN and WAN network environment- Bachelor's or above degree from an accredited college/university- Deep understanding of TCP/IP model and network technologies and protocols: VLAN, ******, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, QoS, STP, IPSec, HSRP, etc.- Strong hands on experience with Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco Switches, Aruba AP, Velocloud SD-WAN, Windows NPS.- Hands on experience in configuring and managing WLANs, Access Points, P2P connections, etc.- Hands on knowledge of configuring, troubleshooting VPN connectivity (site-to-site, Point-to-site) and related technologies- Routing experience in managing SD WAN (Velocloud or Viptela)- Knowledge of RSA authentication manager, RADIUS and TACACS- Experience with VOIP SIP traffic, and optimization of networks for voice quality- Familiarity with access control models and network security- CCNP/CCNA certification is a must**Requirements**:Installing and configuring network equipment such as Firewalls, Switches, Routers, WiFi Access Points, etc.- Configuring firewalls, Routing and Switching to maximize network efficiency and securityPerform network maintenance and system upgrades including patching, hot fixes, and security updates- Monitor overall network performance, knowledge of packet sniffers/tcpdump and ability to read information from packet captures- Serve as a point of escalation for business-critical network related issues- Ability to work/co-ordinate with remote locations, business teams and vendors- Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with company's security policy- Review security logs and take appropriate actions- Ability to work well within a team and simultaneously use one's own initiative- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including a willingness to support any project with which IT is involved and including support of development process- Flexible for working shift hours and on call support**Benefits**- Savings fund- Healthcare Benefit Package- Food coupons- Career growth- High competitive salary- Performance-based bonus and Christmas bonus.- Christmas Loyalty Bonus
