Process Quality Engineer Yanfeng Seating is the worldwide leader in automotive seating with more than 33,000 employees in 20 countries. We are seeking a Process Quality Engineer to manage quality for the daily production line, address process issues related to product quality in a timely manner, ensure the quality of products and services, and meet or exceed customer needs. Responsibilities Take charge of quality management of the daily production line, address process issues related to product quality in a timely manner, ensure the quality of products and services, meet or exceed customer needs. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, provide customer feedback within 24 hours, maintain good exchange and communication with customers. Formulate inspection and control documents for product quality, and conduct on-the-job training and assessment for relevant personnel. Collect and aggregate quality data, report and formulate improvement plans periodically. Assist with statistics and analysis of processes, and continuously improve raw materials and product quality. Help implement quality systems, process audits, and follow-up improvement measures; actively promote and use quality improvement tools. Meet client-specific requirements in terms of work ability. Take management responsibility defined by BOS documentation and the IATF 16949 standards; ensure effective operation of BOS documentation and continuously improve related processes and their application internally.
