The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handlingaccess certifications and Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, ensuring the security andcompliance of our systemsEducation Experience:Education: Bachelor¿s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IAM roles with a focus on operations, accesscertifications, and JML processes.Technical Skills: Proficiency with IAM tools and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP,SAML, OAuth, and MFA.Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are preferred.Duties Responsabilies:Access Management: Oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring appropriateaccess levels are maintained throughout the user lifecycle.Certifications: Conduct regular access certifications to verify that users have the appropriatepermissions in line with their roles.JML Processes: Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes to ensure timely updates to useraccess based on role changes.Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce IAM policies and standards to maintaincompliance with internal and external regulations.Audit Support: Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits related to IAMcontrols.Incident Response: Address and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests promptly.Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to align IAM processes withorganizational needs.Competencies:Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, andthe ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Bilingual in English and SpanishWe offer:Hybrid programOffices: QuerétaroMonday to FridayAttractive salary, negotiableLegal benefitsSuperior benefitsAnnual bonus: 40 days of gross salaryProductivity bonus: 1 month's salaryVacation: 15 days per year completed, for the first four yearsAnnual Christmas vouchersParkingCafeteriaSports centerNetwork of promotions and discountsINSURANCE:Major Medical Expenses Policy in accordance with current policyLife InsuranceAuto Insurance: Option to purchase auto insurance at preferential ratesMortgage and home damage life insuranceWORK-LIFE BALANCESpecial paid leaveWellness ProgramOnline training platform
