Let's make it happenWhat you'll do:Owning a Product Category:You will take ownership of the performance and strategy of one product category, from pricing and promotions to assortment and competitiveness.You will monitor daily KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, stock) and identify levers for growth and profitability.You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product to execute improvements and test new ideas.Supporting Country Strategy & Insights:You will collaborate closely with the Country Manager to steer the business through analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.You will build dashboards and extract insights to guide commercial and marketing decisions.You will contribute to strategic reviews and planning cycles for the Italian market.Driving Cross-Functional Projects:You will lead or support projects that improve cost efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence.You will partner with Engineering, BI, and Customer Experience teams to automate processes and optimize customer journeys.You will act as a proactive problem-solver, from identifying bottlenecks to proposing and testing solutions.Who we're looking for:You are currently studying in a top business, engineering, or economics school. You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, etc.)You are entrepreneurial, curious, and eager to take ownership.
