Get started on an exciting career at Element_Element employees make a difference in the lives of others every day.We are re-defining the fleet management industry to be people first, then business - delivering on our promise of a superior client experience.This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.As the Program Associate, you will have primary responsibility for ensuring that inquiries into the Transport team are being responded to in a timely manner to maximize the first touch resolution and support the Transport in anyway needed to accomplish the team's over all White Glove Delivery finance SLA.This position has direct contact with drivers and some client.A Day in the Life- Responsible for Master reject file - data that is rejected from the master.- Assist with vendor file audits to ensure data is flowing correctly- Responsible to identify transactions w/blockers delaying allocation and following up with appropriate parties to ensure timely resolution.- Support the last mile and middle mile delivery teams as needed to ensure we are meeting the WGD financial SLA.- Function as a back-up to the redeployment analyst SME as needed.**Requirements**:- High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferred- Process Management Experience- Customer Service Experience- MS Office - proficient in the following- Excel - ability to add data to cells, use functions, pivots, sort data- Word - ability to create documents- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving ability- Critical thinking - ability to think through logical process flows and identify opportunities for improvement- Ability to acquire/retain information related to different state requirementsKnowledge and Competencies- MS Office - proficient in the following- Excel - ability to add data to cells, use functions, pivots, sort data, v-look up or train- Word - ability to create documents- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks- Ability to focus on details- Excellent work ethic- Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different priorities- Ability to work independently and function within a team environment- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving ability- Excellent customer service skills- Critical thinking - ability to think through logical process flows and identify opportunities for improvement- Ability to acquire/retain information related to different state requirementsWhat's in it for You- A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability- Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness- Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)- Hybrid work environment for most positions- or call _- ************._
