We are looking for an experienced **Technical Writer** to join our team and help create, maintain, and improve documentation for our **Azure** and **AWS** cloud infrastructure.You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to produce clear, accurate, and accessible content for both technical and non-technical users.Your work will focus on documenting cloud architecture, deployment processes, APIs, and best practices to support internal teams and clients in maximizing the value of our solutions.**Responsabilities**:- Write and maintain clear documentation, including technical guides, API references, and onboarding materials for cloud solutions (Azure, AWS).- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, reflecting updates and new features.- Document cloud deployment strategies, security guidelines, and cloud-native tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform).- Organize and update documentation in platforms like Confluence and GitHub to ensure consistency and clarity.- Create visual aids (diagrams, charts) and assist in developing training materials for both technical and non-technical users.**Requirements**:- +4 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a cloud or software-focused organization.- English advanced.- Strong understanding of **Azure** and **AWS** cloud platforms, including core services like **EC2**, **S3**, **RDS**, **Azure Functions**, and **Azure Storage (Certifications is a plus)**:- Proficiency in documentation tools such as **Markdown**, **Confluence**, **Microsoft Office**, or **Adobe FrameMaker**.- Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines**, **infrastructure-as-code (IaC)** tools, and cloud monitoring solutions.- Ability to read and understand basic code (e.g., **YAML**, **JSON**, **Python**, or **Shell scripting**) is a plus.- Experience writing for **security**, **compliance**, or **governance** in cloud environments.- Familiarity with **DevOps** principles and tools like **Jenkins**, **Docker**, or **Kubernetes**.**Benefits**- Welcome Kit- Home Office- Flexible Schedule- Birthday off- Vacations from day one- Life insurance- Insurance for Major Medical Expenses (50% coverage)- Saving fund (you save 6% of your monthly salary, and we match that 6% for you)- Support for remote work (Electricity and Internet)- AWS Certifications- Free courses or trainings- English Classes- Dining Room (Guadalajara only)- Sports fields (Guadalajara only)- Gym (Guadalajara only)
