About HireRight:**About Us**:**_ HireRight does not accept unsolicited resumes through or from search firms or staffing agencies.All unsolicited resumes will be considered the property of HireRight and HireRight will not be obligated to pay a placem_****_ent _****_fee._**Overview:The Proposal Writer will develop answers to prospect requests for proposals, work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategy and proposal content, and distribute proposal submissions.You will need to rely on strong editing skills to ensure the highest quality proposals to help HireRight win new business.This team member reports to the Sr.Manager of Proposals.To be successful in this role you must be a self-starter and willing to take personal responsibility to learn our business.You must also be highly results oriented and have solid organizational and communication skills.You must be willing and able to work across all divisions of the company to get answers, commitments and generally ensure comprehensive proposals.**Working from home.****Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 2pm - 10pm; Thursday and Friday - 9am - 5pm.****Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**:- Manage all aspects of proposal development from receipt of RFP through delivery, including preparing HireRight's response in compliance with all requirements, coordinating internal flow and review of all proposal inputs, and reviewing final copies- Develop responses to target customer requests for proposals- Perform necessary research and analysis as needed to answer prospect/client questionsQualifications:**Education**:- Bachelors degree required; Degree in English or Journalism a plus.**Skills**:- Has developed knowledge of an extensive body of technical, support or administrative policies and procedures- Requires extensive training and experience to perform a wide variety of interrelated, multi-skilled or standard procedural assignments and resolve a wide range of moderately complex issues- Accomplished in implementing practical procedures or systems, which are moderately complex and require extended skill in order to ensure proper completion- Basic understanding of the roles of various functional groups within own area**Experience**- Exceptional English language skills; fluency required- Minimum two or more years' experience in business or copywriting- Demonstrated record of success in written communication- Experience working in a cross functional environment- Resourcefulness and creativity- Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills- Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers and internal divisions- Ability to prioritize, organize and work under pressureWhat do we offer:**Please submit resume/CV in English.****HireRight does not accept unsolicited resumes through or from search firms or staffing agencies.All unsolicited resumes will be considered the property of HireRight and HireRight will not be obligated to pay a placement fee.
