Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian): administración, servicios, logs, permisos.- Windows Server: Active Directory, GPOs, seguridad local.- Conocimiento sobre endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux).- Capacidad para realizar Documentación técnica (guías, procedimientos, diagramas).- Seguimiento y apego a los estándares, tener capacidad para trabajar bajo estos estándares (Scrum, ITIL, DevSecOps).- Comunicación efectiva con equipos de infraestructura, desarrolladores y stakeholders.- Conocimiento de marcos como ISO *****- Debe tener experiência o conocimientos en la implementación de herramientas como:Categoría Tecnologías comunes - SIEM - Splunk, QRadar, ELK, Wazuh - SOAR - TheHive, Cortex, Phantom, XSOAR - PCI - AKAMAI - Infraestructura - Servidores HPE, CISCO, DELL - Almacenamiento - Purestorage**Qualificações**Instalación y configuración de Switches y Routers.- Entender los requerimientos del proyecto o del cliente.- Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo y atención de Incidentes (Service Now, Meraki Dashboard, NNMI, etc)- Colaborar con arquitectos de redes y SAIT para definir el diseño técnico..- Instalar, configurar y poner en marcha equipamiento e infraestructura de redes (Switches, Routers, WLC, Access Point)- Integrar las soluciones que se requieran con la infraestructura existente.- Brindar soporte de 2do y 3er Nível y realizar Troubleshooting- Elaborar reportes y documentación sobre la operación y proyectos ejecutados para hacia el cliente final.Ejecutar pruebas de HA y validación de servicios.- Crear o actualizar documentos como: Manuales de instalación/configuración.Diagramas de arquitectura de red.Procedimientos de operación y recuperación.Evidencias y Respaldos.Entrenar al equipo de operaciones, Team N1 o TI sobre ABC y el día a día de la operacion.- Documentar mejores prácticas y recomendaciones post-implementación.Resolver incidentes o problemas derivados de la Operacion.Escalar a fabricantes/proveedores si hay bugs o problemas complejos.**Job Snapshot**:**Employee Type**:- Full-Time**Location**:Ciudad de México, Mexico**Job Type**:- Information Technology**Experience**:- Not Specified**Date Posted**:- 9/13/2025
