Rockpoint Legal Funding is California's leading provider of funding to personal injury victims and their families while their attorneys fight for a fair settlement.With the ultimate goal of helping people ease the stress of these legal matters, Rockpoint provides the financial tools and solutions to attorneys and their plaintiffs to quickly bridge the gap between injury and settlement, helping plaintiffs during these unexpected times of need.Role Description : Responsibilities :Coordinating with medical providers and patients to schedule surgeries, procedures, and consultationsAnswer phones (professional phone etiquette), take detailed messages, and redirect calls appropriately)Advising all parties of current case status and treatment updates.Preparing client forms and contracts for review and execution.Keeping client files organized with all current contracts and case documents.Working with medical facilities to obtain billing information for timely payment.Assist other members of the team with various tasks as they arise.Job RequirementsGreat attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management.Punctual, and reliable must be able to work from Monday thru Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM PSTStrong computer, data entry, and reporting skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)High ethical standards and integrityBe discrete with patients' health informationExperience in personal injury law is a plus but not requiredSales and marketing experience is a plus but not required.Technical RequirementsYou must speak fluent English (C1 Minimum) and Spanish.You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection at your home.You must have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience over the phone.You must have a working computer system.Two computer monitors are a plusCompensation : $6.50 USD / HrDisclaimer: We are an equal opportunity employer and abide by all laws pertaining to the hiring process in the state of California without regard to sex, race, religion, age, etc. employment is offered based on skill, experience, and this employer's criteria for employment.Job Types : Full-time, ContractPay : From $ per hourExperience :customer service : 1 year (preferred)scheduler : 1 year (preferred)Language :fluent English (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
