The ideal candidate will own the production process, especially assembly, for a new plant in automotive spare parts industry. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct all production activities for vehicle interior seat and comfort product lines to achieve output, quality, and efficiency (OEE) targets. Manage shift operations, line balancing, and workforce allocation to ensure a smooth and efficient flow on the assembly line. Implement and uphold strict safety protocols and quality standards on the production floor, with a focus on electrical safety and functional end-of-line testing. Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks to optimize throughput for complex assemblies integrating heat, massage, and safety components. Train, develop, and motivate production team members, shift leaders, and supervisors. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role of hands‑on experience in automotive assembly production management, preferably with electronic components. Prior experience in establishing factory operations from the ground up is a strong advantage. Practical knowledge of production scheduling, efficiency optimization (OEE), and shop floor management systems. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and develop teams in a fast‑paced environment. Working knowledge of quality principles and lean manufacturing tools (5S, Standardized Work, etc.). Proficient verbal and written English skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
