In this cross-functional role, you'll help ensure high-value conversations and projects don't fall through the cracks clearing inbox chaos, maintaining CRM hygiene, supporting lightweight marketing execution, and managing key admin workflows. Key Responsibilities Inbox & Calendar Management Triage and manage the executive inbox with speed and judgmentDraft follow-ups, flag priority emails, and schedule meetingsPrepare executive summaries and daily/weekly briefingsTrack investor, sales, and partner threads to maintain momentum Sales & CRM Support Maintain a clean and organized CRM (log notes, update deal stages)Ensure all inbound leads are entered, tagged, and followed upSupport contract creation, invoice tracking, and workflow coordinationMonitor and process signups from the free tier Marketing & Content Operations Manage content calendar, blog updates, and newslettersDraft/refine short-form content for social, investor, or email outreachCoordinate basic event logistics, outbound lists, invites, and follow-upsKeep documentation and project trackers up to date Ops & Process Coordination Support weekly team task triage and executionIdentify recurring gaps and implement lightweight operational fixesKeep cross-functional projects on track and nudge stakeholders as needed You'll Succeed in This Role If You...
