Como Financial Controller serás un socio estratégico para el negocio asegurando la integridad financiera el cumplimiento normativo y brindando información clave para impulsar decisiones que generen valor. Responsabilidades Clave : Supervisar todas las operaciones contables y financieras asegurando exactitud y cumplimiento con IFRS y normativas locales. Preparar y analizar reportes financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales. Gestionar impuestos locales e indirectos incluyendo declaraciones de Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISR) y IVA. Preparar y presentar estados financieros estatutarios locales. Elaborar y mantener documentación de Precios de Transferencia. Coordinar reportes estadísticos requeridos por autoridades. Asegurar controles internos relacionados con tareas locales. Coordinar auditorías internas y externas. Trabajar con el equipo local regional y corporativo en temas de fiscalidad corporativa y proyectos estratégicos. Apoyar iniciativas financieras globales y locales según se requiera. Qualifications : Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carrera afín (CPA deseable). Experiencia mínima de 7-10 años en control financiero preferentemente en entornos multinacionales. Conocimiento sólido de IFRS, normatividad fiscal mexicana, impuestos indirectos y precios de transferencia. Dominio avanzado de Excel y experiencia con ERP (SAP deseable). Inglés avanzado (indispensable). Competencias Clave : Orientación a resultados y pensamiento analítico. Liderazgo colaborativo y capacidad para influir en entornos multiculturales.
