:General Mills has been bringing food the world loves to Latin America & Mexico for more than 24 years.We're rooted in tradition, yet we're driven to change the future of our industry.To break away from the pack, we welcome all backgrounds, ideas and perspectives to our table.And we remain passionate about continual learning, setting higher goals and empowering advancement.If you share our endless passion for pursuing new ideas and making them real, help us accelerate our success and discover what's next.**Job Description**:Position Summary: The role would be responsible for Food Service channel for developing, planning and executing short to mid-term sales strategies and achieving all objectives including Net Sales, Trade and Delivered Margin for all brands under General Mills.Core Responsibilities of the role:- Net sales and gross margin for Food Service channel.Team account profitability.- Responsible for Sales Target and overall account targets- Budget, monitor and achieve sales budgets- Plan, implement and evaluate account plans with the goal of maximizing sales value and increasing new distribution points- Aggressively prospect and grow Food Service customers base while maintaining and developing strong business relationships with existing customers and key decision makers- Ensure all Accounts Receivables are collected promptly and have a healthy financial P&L of the respective account- Track, control and manage effective and efficient use of trade funds- Corporate Service event management and coordination- Gather market, customers' and competitors' information in a principally right manner- Participate and play a key role in Product/Demand and Sales/Marketing meetings- Ensure timely submission of monthly management reportsEducation & Experience:- Bachelor's Degree in related field- +15 years of professional experience- Experience in CPG (or related) industry- Fluent in English, verbally and written.Key objectives and metrics:Preferred qualifications:- MBA is an advantage- Proven track record of developing sales and strong customer relationships as well as developing and implementing trade initiatives- Full understanding of respective market environment - Food Service- Strong influencing skills- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
