FP&A Coordinator – EssilorLuxotticaUbicación: Ciudad de México | Modalidad: Híbrida | Inglés fluido requerido¿Te apasiona la planeación financiera, el control de costos y la coordinación de procesos clave para impulsar el desempeño del negocio?En EssilorLuxottica México, buscamos un/a FP&A Coordinator con visión estratégica, sólida experiencia técnica y capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos y estandarizar procesos financieros de alto impacto.¿Qué harás en este rol?- Coordinarás procesos de planeación financiera, control presupuestal, análisis de costos e inventarios.- Asegurarás la correcta ejecución de controlling, proyecciones y seguimiento de KPIs financieros clave.- Liderarás y desarrollarás a tu equipo, garantizando precisión, productividad y mejora continua.- Colaborarás estrechamente con áreas como Comercial, Marketing, IT, Legal y otras unidades estratégicas.- Participarás en iniciativas de análisis, automatización y estandarización de procesos financieros.- Aportarás criterio técnico para la toma de decisiones, facilitando visibilidad y eficiencia en operaciones.¿Qué buscamos en ti?- 12 años de experiencia en planeación financiera, controlling, inventarios y costos.- Mínimo 1 año liderando equipos.- Deseable experiencia en auditoría externa (BIG4).- Dominio sólido de herramientas financieras, análisis de datos y modelos económicos.- Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación, negociación y relación con áreas clave.- Pensamiento estratégico, alta orientación a resultados y fuerte capacidad para resolver problemas.- Enfoque en productividad, eficiencia y estandarización.- Inglés fluido.Postúlate y forma parte de una compañía global que transforma la manera de ver el mundo.
