_**Nepanoa has partnered with our client on their search for a Junior Factory Test Technician**_- **Summary**:_As in-region Junior Factory Test Technician you will be responsible for supporting the production line test stations and equipment in use at our Contract Manufacturing (CM) partner's facility in Guadalajara, MX.The Operations and Engineering factory test teams in San Bruno and Guadalajara will look to you to maintain the seamless operability of these designed manufacturing test stations.This is a hands-on technician role and includes working directly with both test hardware and software functions to ensure smooth integration and continuous performance.Expectations are that this role spends the majority of the time on the manufacturing production line.- **Responsibilities**:_- Maintain functionality of the Company's test stations and equipment on the CM production line in support of requirements provided by our factory test team.- Leverage third parties to facilitate the upkeep of test fixtures and infrastructure used in the production process- Be the first point of contact in the factory for test equipment and station issues debugging with our contract manufacturing team- Run internal ORT tests as directed by Quality engineering- Establish and carry out test maintenance procedures.- Maintain a spare parts stockpile to assist in fixture upkeep and maintenance- Responsible for monitoring the status of all test fixtures used in IQC/FATP- Work with our CM partner to review test status / needs- **Qualifications**:_- Engineering degree (BSEE, BSIE, BSME) preferred- 3+ years experience in test-related/technical field in manufacturing environment- Availability to work second shift hours, as well as Saturday shifts- Knowledge of test, reliability, quality, statistical analysis and auditing techniques- Prior experience with Python preferred- Strong communication, scheduling and teamwork skills- Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environmentApplication Question(s):- ¿Cuál es tu expectativa salarial?Work Location: In person
