RoverPass, the ultimate reservation software, makes the reservation process easy to manage by streamlining your day-to-day operations and provides the most comprehensive set of campground management features to help owners save time and money.Take reservations instantly online and automatically track your availability for each site at your property.With RoverPass, you get more bookings, save time, and grow your business.Role SummaryAs an Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational bridge between our clients and the internal SEO/content teams.You'll be responsible for managing U.S.-based accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, aligning deliverables with business goals, and driving retention and growth through clarity, ownership, and outstanding relationship management.You must be fluent in marketing and SEO concepts to confidently manage expectations, guide priorities, and participate in strategic discussions.This is not a pure project coordination role — we're looking for someone with the judgment, initiative, and communication style to act as a trusted advisor to clients and a reliable conductor for internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of U.S.-based SEO and content marketing clients.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts — lead meetings, manage expectations, and build trust.Coordinate deliverables across SEO strategists, writers, and technical teams.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client KPIs.Gather and synthesize performance insights for clear, actionable reporting.Identify growth opportunities and flag potential risks to internal teams.Document client goals, preferences, and feedback clearly and proactively.Maintain excellent internal communication to keep workstreams moving with minimal friction.Qualifications3+ years of experience in an agency environment, preferably in SEO or digital marketing.Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is required.Strong marketing background — SEO, content marketing, growth, or related.Advanced English — fluent and professional across speaking, writing, and listening.Proven track record of client success, account retention, and high CSAT.Understanding of SEO workflows (audits, keyword research, content strategy, etc.).Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Notion, and Slack.Key Skills & AbilitiesSoft SkillsClear, responsive communication.Relationship management and empathy.Organization, prioritization, and self-management.Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple accounts.Strategic thinking and client advisory mindset.Hard skills: SEO concepts and digital marketing workflows.Project management basics (timelines, deliverables, status updates).Familiarity with AI tools (e.G., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) is a plus.Ability to interpret and report on performance metrics.Additional InformationLocation: Remote — LATAM strongly preferred.Schedule: Full-time, flexible working hours with U.S. time zone overlap.Compensation: Competitive based on experience and region (details shared during interviews).Contract Type: Contractor.Team Size: Small, high-ownership, fast-moving.Career Growth: Work directly with a leading SEO strategist (Chirag Kulkarni) and gain visibility into cutting-edge AI-powered SEO practices.#J-*****-Ljbffr
