Liderar, optimizar y escalar la cadena de suministro de la empresa, asegurando una gestión eficiente de proveedores, compras, logística y almacenes, tanto a nível nacional como internacional.El gerente será responsable de garantizar que los materiales y componentes lleguen a tiempo, con calidad y al menor costo posible, en un entorno de rápido crecimiento y alta exigencia técnica.- Diseñar, implementar y mejorar continuamente los procesos de la cadena de suministro.- Gestionar compras nacionales e internacionales (especialmente con proveedores en China y Asia).- Negociar contratos, condiciones de suministro, tiempos de entrega y costos.- Coordinar la logística internacional (importaciones/exportaciones) y nacional.- Supervisar inventarios, almacenes y políticas de control de materiales.- Colaborar estrechamente con Producción, Ingeniería y Finanzas para alinear la operación con la demanda.- Establecer KPIs de desempeño logístico y generar reportes para la dirección.- Participar en la selección y desarrollo de proveedores estratégicos.- Cumplir con las normativas mexicanas e internacionales en materia de comercio, transporte y aduanas.- Adaptar las mejores prácticas chinas de manufactura y suministro al entorno mexicano.IMPORTANTE TENER EXPERIENCIA EN:- ZOE- IMMEX- IMPORT/ EXPORT- ANEXO 24- ANEXO 31- INGLÉS AVANZADOExperiência:- Mínimo 5 años en cadena de suministro, al menos 2 en posición gerencial.- Experiência previa en empresas del sector metal mecánico o manufactura.- Experiência en entorno startup o empresas en proceso de expansión (deseable).- Manejo de importaciones/exportaciones, trato con aduanas y agentes logísticos.Pay: $40,****** - $60,****** per month**Language**:- english (preferred)Work Location: In person
