**About the Role**Uber Eats is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the Earner & Marketplace team.Our mission is to create a magical experience for users by enabling them to receive almost anything-quickly and reliably.In this role, you'll help design and improve operational processes for our marketplace in one of the regions in Mexico, with a strong local focus and scalable solutions.You'll work to balance supply and demand while enhancing the delivery partner experience.This role will involve data analysis, collaboration across teams, and driving operational excellence at scale.**What You'll Do**- Analyze Data - Gather, interpret, and use data to track performance and uncover opportunities for improvement.- Create & Optimize Processes - Design, build, and refine marketplace processes to help ensure an efficient operation and strong unit economics.- Make Strategic Trade-offs - Evaluate different strategies to support long-term engagement with delivery partners and increase user satisfaction.**What You'll Need**- At least 1 year of experience in operations, analytics, strategy or any related fields.- Strong critical thinking skills and an analytical mindset-you'll work with data reports, Excel models, and pricing tools regularly.- Experience turning data insights into actionable plans; you'll communicate findings to a range of stakeholders.- Experience with SQL and a passion for working with data.- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.- A proactive, self-starter attitude-we're looking for someone who's motivated, creative, and hands-on.**Bonus Points If You Have**- Experience with Python
