Ready to shape the future of mobility with us.YOUR ROLEAs Operations Manager on our team, you will: Manage material, human, and financial resources to achieve objectives and cost models associated with process improvement through reengineering.In your daily job you will:Design and implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the manufacturing system at the plant level.Implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the plant's quality system.Implementation of strategies to improve manufacturing operating costs.Manage the services required by the plant's manufacturing area with the functional areas.Design strategies for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.Promote a productive and safe work environment for the team.Execution of strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, material, technical, and financial resources.Effective management of model changes, product changes, and changes in requirements.Budget control and administration.YOUR BACKGROUNDKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:Bachelor's degree terminated in Industrial Engineering or related+3 years of experience in manufacturing, (must experience in harnesses)Previous experience in Manufacturing Systems AdministrationProfessional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.WHY JOIN US?You can grow at Aptiv.
