YOUR ROLE
As Operations Manager on our team, you will: Manage material, human, and financial resources to achieve objectives and cost models associated with process improvement through reengineering.
In your daily job you will:
- Design and implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the manufacturing system at the plant level.
- Implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the plant's quality system.
- Implementation of strategies to improve manufacturing operating costs.
- Manage the services required by the plant's manufacturing area with the functional areas.
- Design strategies for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
- Promote a productive and safe work environment for the team.
- Execution of strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, material, technical, and financial resources.
- Effective management of model changes, product changes, and changes in requirements.
- Budget control and administration.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor's degree terminated in Industrial Engineering or related
- English level intermediate - advanced
- +3 years of experience in manufacturing, (must experience in harnesses)
- MS Office proficient
- Previous experience in Manufacturing Systems Administration
- Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.
