The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing strategies focused on growth, acquisition, activation, and retention for new subscribers. This individual will utilize growth methodologies, advanced segmentation, and automation to scale the user base and maximize LTV through personalized, data-driven communications.Reports to: Sr. Director, Business Strategy and OpsRESPONSIBILITIES1. Email Marketing StrategyDesign and execute the complete email marketing strategy with a growth focus.Define calendars, flows, audiences, and triggers.Create and optimize automated journeys.2. Growth & ExperimentationPropose and execute A/B and multivariate experiments.Identify growth opportunities through analysis.Implement continuous testing processes.3. Automation & CRMBuild automated workflows.Maintain databases and segmentation.Manage lists and audiences based on behavior.4. Content & CreativityDevelop briefs and copy.Collaborate with the creative team.Ensure brand consistency.5. Data, Analytics & ReportingMonitor key metrics.Configure dashboards and reports.Analyze performance by segment and lifecycle stage.6. Compliance and DeliverabilityEnsure compliance with regulations.Manage domain reputation.Authentication.REQUIREMENTS2–5 years of experience in Growth, CRM, or Email Marketing.Proficiency in email marketing platforms.Knowledge of analytics tools.Experience with A/B testing.Ability to interpret data.HTML/CSS preferred.
