Analysis of receivables and problem-solving skills3. Checking on invoices statuses for the billing processes4. Coordinate in a timely manner with the supervisor in case there are some issues.5. Calling drivers for missing paperwork.**Knowledge and skills required**:1. Multitasking, proactiveness2. Attention to details3. Excellent written and verbal skills in English.4. Degree in Accounting/Finance is a big plus5. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.6. Experience in invoicing & billings.7. Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.8. Intermediate MS Excel skills.9. A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.10.
