You may know McCormick as a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments - and we're only getting started.At McCormick, we're always looking for new people to bring their unique flavor to our team.McCormick employees - all 14,000 of us across the world - are what makes this company a great place to work.We are looking to hire an **BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER** **immediately in Mexico City.**What We Bring To The Table**:The best people deserve the best rewards.In addition to the benefits you'd expect from a global leader, we also offer:- Competitive compensation- Career growth opportunities- Flexibility and Support for Diverse Life Stages and Choices- We prioritize our communities and the planet we share.We are proud to be awarded as a Diversity Inc.Top 50 company for Diversity and have multiple Sustainability awards (ranking #22 in the World and #1 in Food Products)**Position Overview**This position reports to the Americas Business Improvement Director and the role supports the delivery of the overall Americas Business Improvement program and its objectives across Americas business units and plants.This role involves the management and delivery of cross-functional projects with the focus on our Consumer Products and Flavor Solutions divisions.Ensuring delivery of cross-functional and supporting single function initiatives, as well as leading and supporting the process to identify new opportunities through engagement with cross-functional and single function teams, plus delivering and support key Americas Business Improvement strategic initiatives.The role will support CCI delivery across all Latina Americas Manufacturing hubs: Playing a leading role in developing and implementing a cross-functional CCI roadmap for our Latam business**Key Responsibilities**- Project management of Business Improvement initiatives and coordination of cross-functional personnel to ensure delivery of key projects and planned results.- Co-lead with Business Improvement Director the process of identification and analysis of Business Improvement projects for the relevant markets/geography, including cross-functional concept development with teams to present at Program Reviews for approval.- Ensure relevant leadership and/or management teams are aware of performance of projects and the total CCI program for their areas versus targets, and work with those management teams to ensure that any gaps to target are understood and are being addressed (e.g. country leadership; procurement category managers).- Ensure that single function CCI initiatives are being effectively tracked and that these initiatives are being delivered on time and in accordance with the project tracking- Share and align with global team on best practices in the areas of tools and expertise relating to process and productivity improvement/cost protection/cost saving initiatives.**Qualifications**- BA or BS in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Project Management or related discipline- Minimum 5 years of business experience across multiple disciplines and min of 2 years project management experience.- Demonstrated success leading small-medium scale cross-functional projects.- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment under pressure and in sensitive situations.- Ability to work across multiple business units and disciplines with competing priorities.- Fluent in English and Spanish- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees.- Knowledge of and demonstrated project management skills and principles, resource management and change management techniques.- Ability to influence without authority- Broad understanding of end to end business process - Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Planning, Marketing, Sales, Packaging Development, Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and DistributionMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.As a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future.
