Company DescriptionThe IKEA vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people.We do this by offering a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible can afford them.We operate in Mexico - and have an ambitious expansion plan to bring a little bit of Sweden to new markets in the region.We are part of the Ikano Group of companies and the only IKEA franchisee owned by the Kamprad family that founded IKEA.We work towards making sustainability a natural part of our everyday work.We are active in our communities, driving and supporting social initiatives that benefit children, women and the environment.**Job Description**:**PURPOSE OF JOB**Create and constantly improve excellent goods availability with healthy stock structure, range management and accurate forecasting at the lowest possible cost.Synchronize with commercial needs and activities for the best goods availability, ensuring goods arrive timely for commercial execution.Work with Sales and Supply Support Manager to support the commercial team and work as a communication link between the store and the Country Supply & Availability team.**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB**- Work in partnership with the store commercial team to secure the highest possible goods availability for launches, country & local activities as well as excellent customer perceived availability - everyday.- Act as the main contact partner in the store for all range administration and operational supply related questions for the store commercial team and Country Supply Availability team.Secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store.- Work proactively with the commercial team on the range change process, by providing information regarding expected sales starts, initial order quantity, and remaining quantities of outgoing articles.- Maximise successful store replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering to ensure they are align with the commercial calendar and within the store capacity.- Contribute to stock accuracy by supporting the Goods Flow Manager with the stock discrepancies analysis as part of the inventory management process.- Produce necessary follow-ups for the commercial and management team regarding operational processes in the store, including forecast accuracy, phasing in and out, overstock and concrete, activities and non-central shortages.- Work with the agreed global and local Key Performance Indicators, focusing particularly on achieving high goods availability at the lowest total cost.- Responsible for my own personal development in partnership with the Sales and Supply Support Manager, continually improving work competence in order to execute tasks based on agreed SOP and working methods.- Work in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety & security and sustainability.- Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store.**Qualifications**:**JOB-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**- I know what on shelf availability (OSA) is, how it is measured and what is the goal.- I know how to support my sales partners to effectively manage overstock, concrete and UTG articles.- I know how to support my commercial team partners with the process for NEWS.- I know how to work with my commercial team partners to secure an accurate forecast.- I know how stock accuracy contributes to the customer shopping experience and how I contribute to this process.- I know the relevant follow-ups required to monitor operational performance.- I know the store business plan and how logistics, in particular SSS, contributes.- I understand the contents of my development plan and how to work with it.- I know and understand the SOP's and working methods for my department.- I know and understand the eight IKEA Key Values.**MOTIVATION**- The IKEA Vision, IKEA Business Idea and IKEA HR Idea motivate me in my daily work.- I am interested in home furnishing, people's life at home, and the IKEA product range.- I have a passion for developing people and talent.- I have a passion for logistics and working in a fast paced, constantly changing retail environment.- I am driven to achieve goals through people.- I am able to contribute to improving our everyday work with ideas and improvements.- I enjoy working as part of my team and together we work towards common goals.- I am able to maintain a good work/life balance in my current role.**CAPABILITIES**- I am able to prioritize and organize individual work duties, to make the most efficient use of the time available.- I have a flexible approach to my daily tasks and can adapt to unpredictable situations when they arise.I am open to new ideas and changes in ways of working.- I have good personal discipline and am committed to delivering accordin
