We're a lean, high-performing growth marketing agency specializing in ecommerce brands (health, wellness, beauty).We handle everything from strategy to execution for our clients, and we need a creative designer who can keep up with the fast pace of e-commerce marketing.Design scroll-stopping social media creatives (Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads) using Figma and Canva (advanced level proficiency)Adapt trending formats to fit client branding (think: how Hims, Liquid Death, or Glossier approach creative)Work directly with our content team.You'll get copy + rough concepts, then make them beautiful and on-brand3+ years of experience designing for social media, advertising, or ecommerce brands~ Fluent English (written and verbal)~ Experience with Meta/Instagram ad formats and understanding of what drives performance~ Comfortable using AI tools and modern design workflows~ Your portfolio reflects modern DTC brand aestheticsYou understand what makes ads perform, not just look prettyYou can take brand guidelines and execute independentlyDesigners who require extensive art direction on every projectFreelancers managing multiple clients simultaneouslyThose early in their design career still building their portfolioFull-time ****** hours/week)Remote (Latin America or North America)Immediate startAnswer: "What's one ecommerce brand whose creative you admire, and why?"# Describe a time you received critical feedback on a design and how you approached it#1-2 examples from your portfolio showing social media or ad design work~ A paid test project is required before final offer.
