Resumen:Application Specialist reach across many departments, working with the engineering team, the sales team, the customer service team and the manufacturing team.The individual will be responsible for developing systems to process claims timely, claim validation, warranty trend analysis, and warranty improvement prioritization.The position will be accountable for reporting to customers, manufacturing plants, and senior management.This includes Motive and Network Power claims.**Responsabilidades**:- Train sales and service team on latest hardware and software product offerings.- Train end users on hardware and software product offerings.- Assist sales team in presentations and demonstrations of products to agents, dealers and end users.- Communicate feedback from the field to Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments.- Evaluation of the current customer and branch network return policies and procedures and propose improvements- Manage the collection and prioritization of batteries to be analyzedRequerimientos:Educations, Experience, Certifications:- Minimum of 4 year technical degree in engineering or quality- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook- Be able to understand technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions- Read electronic schematics for products with purpose of gaining understanding of circuit operation and identifying product failures- Identify, analyze, and repair electronic product failures- 3 years related experience in quality assurance, process engineering, or product engineeringCompetencies, Skills, Knowledge:- Organized and methodical to handle large amounts of information efficiently and effectively- Strong verbal/written communication skills- Proeficiency in English- Maintain professional manner while under stressful conditions, such as unsatisfied customer or urgent deadline.- Capacity to facilitate teamwork across departments- Strong computer skills- Troubleshooting and analytical ability- Must be quality and customer oriented- Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment on multiple projects- Knowledgeable in spreadsheets, statistical software, and statistical data analysis- Impeccable communication, presentation and organizational skills- Detailed oriented- Strength and agility to be able to lift and move 50 lbs weightTRAVEL, ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Travel Expectations:- 50%
