Job Description About job Based on the reporting team, this role is accountable for the execution of all tasks particularly related to audit plan generation, collection instruction configurations and maintenance, resources & assets control. Responsibilities Align with other stakeholders that the production flow activities are completed according to the given timelines. Timely report issues with the system, that blocks the regular flow and follow up until solution is applied. Monitor KPI, create and follow up action plans to achieve desired targets. Create and maintain CDAR system according to clients request (categories and facts to be audited) and ensure that changes are reflected on auditors devices to ensure proper collection process. Generate automated audit plans for auditors in different services, follow up on plan execution and create action plans with Field team to ensure plan compliance. Qualifications About you Do you have skills to monitor processes and create improvement plans? Be part of this team, and develop more skills, monitor KPI's and automate processes. Requirements College or University degree, preferably in Industrial, Administration. 1 year of experience. Intermediate Excel. Advanced English. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams. Analytical skills and attention to detail.
