Job Title:360 Recruitment ConsultantOverview:We are seeking a highly driven recruitment professional with a strong blend of business development and executive search experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to successful candidate placement.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients through consultative business development- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (intake, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and placement)- Execute headhunting strategies for mid to senior-level positions- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on hiring needs, market trends, and talent availability- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with high standards of quality and speed- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management in CRM/ATS tools- Negotiate fees, offers, and employment terms with clients and candidatesRequirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in 360 recruitment / executive search- Proven background in commercial/business development + headhunting- Strong experience managing the full recruitment cycle independently- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and decision-makers- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills- High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability- Experience working with specialized or technical roles is a strong plusBenefits:- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure- Highly entrepreneurial environment with strong growth potential- Opportunity to build and scale your own client portfolio- Exposure to regional and international recruitment projects- Direct impact on business growth and strategic hiring initiatives
