**JR**********Patient Recruitment Assistant****Site: Mexico, Mexico City**At ICON, it's our people that set us apart.Our diverse teams enable us to become a better partner to our customers and help us to fulfil our mission to advance and improve patients' lives.Our 'Own It' culture is driven by four key values that bring us together as individuals and set us apart as an organization: Accountability & Delivery, Collaboration, Partnership and Integrity.We want to be the Clinical Research Organization that delivers excellence to our clients and to patients at every touch-point.In short, to be the partner of choice in drug development.That's our vision.We're driven by it.And we need talented people who share it.If you're as driven as we are, join us.You'll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with some of the brightest and the friendliest people in the sector, and you'll be helping shape an industry.**Overview**:The Patient Recruitment Assistant are responsible to support the assigned Manager/Sr.Manager with the development and execution of Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies and tactics appropriate to the awarded study needs and in alignment with the Sponsor requirements.**Responsibilities**:- Support assigned Manager/Sr.Manager, Patient Recruitment, in the preparation of presentation materials for Kick Off Meetings, Study Team Meetings, as needed- Attend and support assigned Manager/Sr.Manager, Patient Recruitment, at Kick-Off Meetings and project meetings to discuss recruitment and retention strategies/tactics, as needed- Support the development and execution of patient recruitment and retention activities, including the management of vendors, the development and review of materials, and media campaigns- Collect and organize recruitment metrics from sites, vendors, and internal teams- Assist with the development, review, and execution of Vendor Statement of Work ("SOW")- Submit requisitions in ICON's purchasing system- Support management and oversight of vendors, including the quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables; responsible for the quality of end products provided- With mínimal direction or oversight, initiate and track IRB/EC submission, translations, and material production and distribution- Ensure that study materials are saved to the Patient Recruitment eRoom/BOX appropriately, including but not limited to study materials, presentations, and tracking/metrics- File patient recruitment study materials in eTMF in accordance with File Management Plan and track to ensure 100% compliance- Deliver high quality standards and strive for excellence.Act in a proactive, flexible, and responsive manner to both internal and external needs- Effectively work within the remote global patient recruitment team on awarded projects with performance of all general project management activities including:- Develop effective working relationships that foster an atmosphere of motivation, creativity, and innovation- To work with the assigned Manager/Sr.Manager to ensure lessons learned are documented and case studies developed**Qualifications**:**You will need**:- Prior relevant clinical research industry experience- General knowledge of Good Clinical Practices- Prior Patient Recruitment experience is a plus- Basic computer skills including MS-Office (e.g. Word, Excel)- Sound interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills- Ability to communicate with team members clearly and concisely- Work successfully in a virtual global team- Able to troubleshoot potential issues and make decisions with input from line manager- Able to work independently with regular oversight/guidance from line manager- Independently complete tasks given by more senior patient recruitment- Able to manage time effectively in order to meet daily metrics and team objectives- Accountable for own deliverables- Graduate / Postgraduate, or local equivalent, in life sciences, or related discipline or relevant experience required.Note: This position is home based**Benefits of Working in ICON**:Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people.That is why we are committed to developing our employees in a continuous learning culture - one where we challenge you with engaging work and where every experience adds to your professional development.At ICON, our focus is to provide you with a comprehensive and competitive total reward package that comprises not only an excellent level of base pay, but also a wide range of variable pay and recognition programs.In addition, our best in class employee benefits, supportive policies and wellbeing initiatives are tailored to support you and your family at all stages of your career - both now, and into the future.ICON, including subsidiaries, is an equal opportunity and inclusive employer and is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination and harassmen
