**CHEF REPOSTERO / PASTRY CHEF****Responsabilidades**:- Creación de recetas (costeo y proporciones).- **Seguimiento puntual a los estándares visuales de la presentación y montaje.**:- Elaboración y supervisión de la producción.- Mantener el stock de materia prima.- Mantener el stock ideal de productos en venta.- Inventarios semanales (materia prima, producción y producto venta).- Declaración de mermas.- Entrenamiento constante al staff de repostería.- Búsqueda de proveedores.- Negociación en compra por volumen.- Proponer al Chef Ejecutivo y a la Dirección General el especial del mes.- Garantizar la satisfacción de nuestros invitados.Requisitos y Experiência:- 5 años en puesto similar.- Bilingüe (español-inglés).- Normas de seguridad e higiene.- Coordinación de equipos de trabajo.- Estudios de gastronomía y/o relacionados.- Experiência comprobable en repostería Francesa.- Radicar en San Miguel de Allende, Gto.o posibilidad para cambio de residencia.**Perfil**:- Autodidacta.- Entusiasta.- Organizado.- Ordenado.- Puntual.- Creativo.- Analítico.- Preciso.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,****** - $35,****** al mesPrestaciones:- Servicio de comedor- Uniformes gratuitosPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Mexico: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Cocina: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
