Det kommer inte alltid att vara enkelt - utveckling kräver mod och styrka.På ABB är du aldrig ensam.Run what runs the world.Denna position rapporterar till:Order Management LeadYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process.You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 remote.This role is contributing to theElectrification team and stakeholdersFocusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.Qualifications for the roleYou work closely with planners, buyers, plant schedulers, customers & sales representatives to support needs for the electrical components market.Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service.Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in inSalesforce, SAP, Power BI (as user NOT as developer).You are at ease communicating in English both verbally and Written.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement in customer service processes.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment while maintaining high attention to detail and customer focus.Ability to collaborate effectively across departments (Sales, Logistics, Product Marketing, etc.) and navigate complex internal processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy, contributing to high customer satisfaction and retention.Vi värdesätter människor med olika bakgrund.Kan det här vara ditt nästa steg?Ansök idag eller besök för att läsa mer om oss och se hur vår teknologi påverkar världen.#J-*****-Ljbffr
