Structural Engineering DesignerWe are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Designer to join our team.As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of civil-structural projects according to technical and regulatory requirements.- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop civil-structural projects that meet technical and regulatory standards.- Supervise the development of civil-structural designs performed by consultants or internal staff.- Validate calculations and prepare technical reports and civil-structural drawings.- Ensure proper integration of the structure with other project disciplines.- Coordinate technical reviews and feedback with the design and construction teams.- Conduct interdisciplinary reviews to prevent interferences.- Manage deliverables on time and in accordance with the project schedule.- Provide technical support during the construction phase.- Validate value proposals or structural changes.- Supervise compliance with local and international standards (NTC, ACI, etc.).- Coordinate with geotechnical specialists to ensure project stability.- Generate technical progress reports and structural validations.- Participate in design and engineering coordination meetings.- Assist in the evaluation and selection of structural suppliers.Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.A master's degree or additional certifications in structural engineering or related fields is preferred.- Professional Experience: Proven experience in the design, coordination, and supervision of civil-structural projects.- Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of civil-structural design, analysis, and calculations.- Proficiency in preparing technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.- Familiarity with local and international civil-structural standards (e.G., NTC, ACI).- Experience with relevant engineering software and tools for modeling and analysis.
