Role's MissionThe Design Specialist will translate APLAZO's visual identity into clear, cohesive and user-centered assets. This role creates and supervises design materials for social media, CRM, web, product communication and brand initiatives—always reflecting the brand's warm, transparent and flexible personality. The ideal candidate balances visual craft, strategic thinking and strong collaboration with copywriters, creatives and insights teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign assets for social media, campaigns, CRM, landing pages and internal materials.Collaborate closely with copy and creative teams to develop consistent visual concepts.Ensure visual coherence across all touchpoints following brand guidelines.Propose visual improvements that enhance clarity, simplicity and user comprehension.Adapt assets to multiple formats without losing brand intention or quality.Organize and deliver editable files optimized for each channel.Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute visual ideas.Stay updated on design trends, digital formats and best practices.Requirements / Technical Skills2–4 years of experience in graphic or digital design.Proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (basic motion is a plus).Portfolio demonstrating experience in social media, branding or digital campaigns.Understanding of performance design is a plus.Soft skillsSuperb attention to detailVisual strategic thinkingTeam collaborationProactivity and ownershipTime managementClear communicationKey Personal TraitsInquisitive and Analytical: You possess a natural curiosity and critical thinking skills, always seeking to understand the underlying reasons behind behaviors and choices.Adaptable and Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adjust to shifting priorities with ease.Collaborative and Empathetic: You enjoy teamwork and understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration, recognizing the needs of the business.Organized and Flexible: While not overly rigid, you maintain a good level of organization and effectively manage projects and deliverables.Curious and trend-aware: constantly explores new ideas, formats and references.Strong visual criteria: brings clarity and simplicity into every design decision.Flexible: adapts formats and styles while maintaining consistencyLanguagesFluent in both Spanish and English (advanced).Personal data collected during the recruitment process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice of Aplaz, S.A. de C.V.
