Si es así, Queremos conocerte En Palladium Hotel Group estamos buscando un/a Head Butler para Family Selection. Requisitos del Puesto Formación Licenciatura en Hotelería, Turismo, Administración o afín (preferente). Experiencia Mínimo 3–5 años en posiciones similares (Head Butler, Butler Supervisor, Guest Experience Supervisor). Experiencia comprobada en hotelería de lujo o segmentos premium, ideal con enfoque familiar. Idiomas Inglés avanzado (indispensable). Segundo idioma (deseable). Conocimientos Protocolos de servicio de lujo. Atención a huéspedes VIP y familias. Gestión de equipos operativos. Manejo de PMS y herramientas de experiencia del huésped. Tus funciones principales serán Experiencia del Huésped Asegurar una atención altamente personalizada antes, durante y después de la estancia. Supervisar procesos de pre-llegada, bienvenida, seguimiento y despedida de huéspedes Family Selection. Anticipar necesidades familiares (niños, eventos especiales, solicitudes particulares). Gestionar quejas o incidencias con enfoque resolutivo y empático. Liderazgo & Gestión de Equipo Coordinar, capacitar y motivar al equipo de Butlers. Asignar cargas de trabajo de acuerdo con ocupación y perfil del huésped. Asegurar cumplimiento de protocolos de servicio y ADN Palladium. Dar coaching en piso y retroalimentación continua. Coordinación Interdepartamental Actuar como enlace entre Rooms, A & B, Animación, Kids Club, Spa y Concierge. Asegurar fluidez operativa para experiencias familiares integrales. Coordinar sorpresas, celebraciones y amenities especiales. Administrativo & Control Elaborar reportes diarios y semanales de operación. Dar seguimiento a indicadores de satisfacción y feedback del huésped. Proponer mejoras continuas al servicio Family Selection.
