Descripción y detalle de las actividadesBrindar asistencia a los clientes de manera amable y profesional, ya sea por teléfono, correo electrónico o en persona.Ingresar pedidos y realizar cotizaciones.Dar seguimiento a solicitudes urgentes de clientes y mantener actualizado el historial de pedidos pendientes.Coordinar con los equipos de producción, soporte técnico, compras y otros departamentos para atender las solicitudes relacionadas de los clientes.Mantener un sistema de trabajo limpio, organizado y con recordatorios actualizados.Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente y resolver incidencias de manera oportuna y profesional.Experiência y requisitosExperiência previa en atencion al cliente.MAnejo de quejas, sugerencias y resolucion de conflictos.Habilidad para trabajar independiente y en equipoConocimiento en paquetedira Office: Excel, Word, etcExperiência usando sistema MRP/ERPIngles avanzadoBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ventas/Comercial**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
