From Mexico, you will collaborate with our international teams to execute marketing initiatives across multiple ventures.Main Objective of the Role: To increase YOUNG’s visibility, engagement, and brand presence in Mexico through high-quality campaigns, storytelling, and strategic marketing initiatives while supporting our ventures needs across different markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across social media and digital platformsCreate compelling content, storytelling, and brand messagingConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform local strategiesCoordinate marketing timelines, deliverables, and campaign assetsPrepare reports and insights to optimize performanceEnsure consistent branding across all channels and venturesCollaborate with international and local teams for campaign executionWhat Success Looks Like After 12 MonthsIncreased brand visibility and engagement in MexicoHigh-quality, consistent content and campaigns across venturesStrong collaboration between local and international teamsMeasurable results in marketing KPIs and campaign impactDirect contribution to the growth and presence of YOUNG in MexicoWhat We OfferCompetitive local salaryDirect collaboration with founders and international marketing leadsHigh responsibility and ownership in your roleInternational exposure and cross-venture experienceGrowth opportunities in marketing and communicationsPerformance-based developmentYOUNG TrialAll candidates who advance in our recruitment process are required to complete the YOUNG Trial - a focused 5–10 hour practical assignment.
