This is a role focused on brand building, campaign execution, content creation, and growth strategies. From Mexico, you will collaborate with our international teams to execute marketing initiatives across multiple ventures. Main Objective of the Role: To increase YOUNG’s visibility, engagement, and brand presence in Mexico through high-quality campaigns, storytelling, and strategic marketing initiatives while supporting our ventures needs across different markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms Create compelling content, storytelling, and brand messaging Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform local strategies Coordinate marketing timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets Prepare reports and insights to optimize performance Ensure consistent branding across all channels and ventures Collaborate with international and local teams for campaign execution What Success Looks Like After 12 Months Increased brand visibility and engagement in Mexico High-quality, consistent content and campaigns across ventures Strong collaboration between local and international teams Measurable results in marketing KPIs and campaign impact Direct contribution to the growth and presence of YOUNG in Mexico What We Offer Competitive local salary Direct collaboration with founders and international marketing leads High responsibility and ownership in your role International exposure and cross-venture experience Growth opportunities in marketing and communications Performance-based development YOUNG Trial All candidates who advance in our recruitment process are required to complete the YOUNG Trial - a focused 5–10 hour practical assignment.
