We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide technical support to our clients at their location.The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure.Key responsibilities include:Providing technical support onsite to our clientsDiagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripheralsInstalling, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systemsParticipating in project rollouts and deploymentsMaintaining accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipmentCommunicating effectively with clients, team members, and managementRequirements include:A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Desktop TechnicianTechnical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferredFamiliarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applicationsKnowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocolsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as neededBenefitsBuddy programDental insuranceHealth/ Medical insuranceLife insuranceOnboarding programUnlimited employment contractAbout UsWe provide IT infrastructure services in over 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.We deliver exclusively for leading companies in the IT industry.Our mission is to make the world a better place by donating 20% of our profits to charitable causes.
