At Owens & Minor, we are a critical part of the healthcare process.As a Fortune 500 company with 350+ facilities across the US and 22,000 teammates in over 90 countries, we provide integrated technologies, products and services across the full continuum of care.Customers—and their patients—are at the heart of what we do.Our mission is to empower our customers to advance healthcare, and our success starts with our teammates.Owens & Minor teammate benefits include :Medical, dental, and vision insurance, available on first working day401(k), eligibility after one year of serviceEmployee stock purchase planTuition reimbursementThe Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for U.S.-based positions across multiple functions and business areas.This role works in close partnership with a dedicated Talent Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.The Recruiter leads interviews, manages hiring manager relationships, drives the selection process, and ensures alignment with talent strategies and business objectives.This position will work remotely for approximately the first year, with plans to transition to an onsite office in Monterrey, Mexico.The role reports to the Recruiting Manager.Job ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S.-based roles, from intake to offer.Partner with a Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategy.Lead hiring manager intake sessions to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.Provide hiring managers with interview guidance, candidate summaries, and selection recommendations.Facilitate the offer process in partnership with Compensation and the HR team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Maintain accurate candidate records and process documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, EEO guidelines, and internal hiring policies.Contribute to a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication and professionalism.Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives where applicable.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in recruitment or HR.2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based roles.Workday or similar applicant tracking system experience preferred.Experience collaborating with sourcing partners or recruiting coordinators is beneficial.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesDeep understanding of full-cycle recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques.Strong interviewing, negotiation, and influencing skills.Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and peers.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Committed to maintaining candidate and company confidentiality.Additional RequirementsThis position will start as remote and transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the office is operational (approximately within the first year).No travel required.Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.#J-*****-Ljbffr
